Here's an illustration of my best own secret waffle recipe. Yes it's the same 3-3-3 500ml milk ratio again ( for myself to remember 😅 ) but trust me it's good.
The 3tsp baking powder is not necessary or could be a lot less if you whip up the egg whites separately in another bowl with the sugar until frothy, like the frothy milk the baristas make. Let me know if you make these waffles. 😋😋😋😍

食譜如下:
3 Eggs 全蛋
300g All Purple flour 低筋麵粉 (中筋也行)
30g Castor sugar or stevia 細砂糖 (我用甜菊糖 )
3tsp Baking powder 泡打粉
( 我將蛋白獨自打到濕性發泡再混入所以沒加,不過希望膨一點可酌加1小匙泡打粉)
500ml milk 鮮奶
3 drops Vanilla Extract 香草精3滴
