RL's Secrete Custard Recipe

Here's an illustration of my best own secret custard recipe.  I usually replace the 3 Tbsp castor sugar with Stevia so it's sugar-free.

3 Egg yolks

3 Tbsp Cornflour 

3 Tbsp Castor sugar or stevia

500ml milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 蛋黃

3大匙 玉米粉

3大匙 細砂糖（我用零熱量甜菊糖Stevia取代) 

500ml 鮮奶

1小匙 香草精
