6 / 18 自創燭台造型鮮奶油蛋糕裝飾 + 顧芝最愛百香果戚風 Candleholder Cream design + Goobs's Fav Chiffon Cake

很久沒自己做鮮奶油蛋糕了
今天又是心血來潮
搞了一個看起來像 " 蠟燭台 " 的蛋糕裝飾

Made a decoration which looks like some kind of candleholder !





總之就是隨便亂擠
好玩就好
總共擠了 8 個大小不一的燭台









其實燭台裡面可以擺個水果球
應該會很美 !


It will be beautiful if I put some fruit balls in the candleholder I think !




































燭台邊緣有些小紋路
看起來比較不會單調




















今天的蛋糕頂緣是擠上斜的大貝殼波浪
蛋糕側邊則是擠一些典型的法國王室盾形符號
( 手機拍攝光線不足, 蛋糕側面很暗效果不好所以沒拍 )

因為想看顧芝吃蛋糕的樣子
所以晚上做了個百香果戚風蛋糕來孝敬小熙熙

I want to watch Goobs happily has Chiffon cake again.
So I made a passion fruit chiffon cake tonight !



很香很香的百香果戚風蛋糕 !
配方我就不寫了
因為我根本不知道自己後來又多加了多少水分
而且沒相機可以照相
沒辦法寫作法

原本是照著食譜用電子秤量材料
但一顆百香果裡面大部分都是籽
汁液非常少 !
我瀝不出所需要的果汁量
乾脆直接加了 2 顆百香果
後來還倒了些顧芝的配方奶 !
反正根本是亂調一通







蛋糕本身屬於溼潤柔軟的口感
百香果的味道好濃好濃 !
是我第一次烤出 主題味道這麼凸顯 的水果戚風唷 !

( 以往烤過的戚風, 像是可爾必思戚風、葡萄戚風、綜合莓戚風、南瓜戚風等, 這些戚風剛出爐時其實幾乎只聞得到蛋味, 主題口味的風味是被蓋過的, 必須將這些戚風放上一晚, 待第二天蛋味褪去後, 主題風味才會開始釋出 ! )































最好吃的部分我覺得是那個籽喔
包圍籽的那層膜非常酸
可以中和蛋糕的甜度
非常有特色呢 !


今天是烤 7 吋模
在將麵糊倒進烤模時
有將一些麵糊另外倒進一個 舒芙里烤皿 中
是特別為小熙熙量身訂做的 迷你百香果戚風 !

第一次使用舒芙里杯烤戚風
發現非常好脫模喔 !

我想應該是跟愈小的戚風愈容易脫模有些關聯吧 !

將迷你戚風擺到她面前
顧芝一開始覺得怪怪
怎麼又這麼好康
一大塊的食物耶 !

面對這麼大塊的食物
除了興奮地又叫又跳外
同時顧芝居然不知所措了起來 !
非常地客氣 !
完全不敢開動 !!

At first Goobs was a bit confused again !
A BIG piece of food for me ? Goobs thought.
And then she got all excited and was yelling & jumping up and down a lot.
But next she was all hesitating if she can eat the cake !
Dare not touch the cake for a while !!

然後顧芝發現那食物上面有些黑黑點點 !??
還不停地用手去摳那些百香果籽 !

就這樣一直等著她自己開動
等了很久
她還是在裝客氣
TiM 就剝了小塊餵食

A while later Goobs found there are some black little thing on the BIG piece of food !??
And picked those passion fruit seeds a lot !

We were waiting for her to start eating her cake for too long.
But she was still being polite.
So TiM got a little piece of cake for Goobs to eat.




吃了一口後
非常驚艷 !
顧芝非常開心地咿咿呀呀地
操著一口火星話
試圖向地球人表達她的歡欣之情 !

After the first try,
Goobs was all surprised from eating the cake !

She got all happy !
And started yelling and murmuring which no one can understand what she was talking about !

Goobs : $#*%#@_#* ( I like this cake !! It's really an amazing cake ! )








收起了客套
開始大吃了起來 !
一口接一口

Stopped being polite,
Goobs started her feast !
Kept eating fast !







沒幾分鐘的光景
蛋糕全部吃完了 !
自己又拿起水杯喝水 !
大滿足 !

After few minutes,
Goobs finished all the cake !

And then she picked up the water bottle and started drinking like an alcoholic again !

Look at her !
All satisfied from chiffon again !




ps1. 因為昨天去芝山家樂福買了很多冷火腿, 所以今天又做了一批橄欖形餐包, 做為明天 TiM 的怪怪冷式午餐

We bought some ham from Zhishan carrefour yesterday, so I made the chinese-olive shaped bread again for TiM's lunch tmrw.



ps2. 今天在畫蠟燭台蛋糕時, 接到相機維修廠的電話, 說維修那鏡頭 2500 ! 邊講電話邊馬上狠狠地瞪了小熙熙一眼 !

When I was decorating the cake today, I got the phone call from the repair department for my camera. The lady said it will cost me $ 2500 NTD to repair the lens !

Glared at Goobs as soon as I could !
