無膽勿進 ! ! 黑森林蛋糕裝飾 Brave Only ! Black Forest Cake Decoration

今天下午烤了一個 8 吋巧克力戚風蛋糕
因為烤完打算還要再裝飾它
所以配方中只加了可可粉
未使用巧克力







烤戚風的過程是沒啥問題
8 吋戚風我比較常碰到的問題是中間不容易烤熟
今天的爐溫控制方面
預熱時我調高到 200 度
進爐後以 175 度 C 烤了約 25 分鐘
接著將烤模移至烤箱最下階再烤至熟透

蛋糕裝飾還是我的重點
原本打算做彩繪蛋糕的
結果家裡沒有我要的藍色色膏
沒辦法畫出水的顏色
只好作罷
因為做了些巧克力片
且又是烤巧克力戚風
所以心血來潮地做了個 " 無膽勿進 !! " 黑森林蛋糕裝飾

I was going to make some cartoon style cake decoration today.
But I dont have blue color to go with the water-like cream.
And I had some thin chocolate pieces at home.
So I decided to make a Brave Only ! Black Forest Cake Decoration.

就是長這個樣子了 !
一開始本來是想要效法外面店家的擺法
在中間放一些 閃亮亮的罐頭紅莓

可是家裡沒有紅莓罐頭
就叫 TiM 去家樂福買




等了很久
連中間那圈花都擠好了
才等到 TiM 回來
TiM 說他找了很久
沒看到啥紅莓罐頭






害我失望了一下下

從沒做過中間放一堆 閃亮亮紅莓漿果 的那種樣式
一直很想試看看的說

這下子只好想點別的花樣..........



因為巧克力片有剩
把巧克力再隨便掰一掰
插到蛋糕中間去

就這樣把巧克力片擺滿為止
















後來又忍不住好奇
想看看多擠幾圈花會變啥樣
就又多擠了 2 圈花
看起來更豐富了些 !



























總之
中間那群銳利的巧克力片形成了一座 戒備森嚴的黑森林 !
要我看
如果一隻白目蟑螂誤闖這座黑森林
鐵定被那些巧克力銳利的峰芒割得鱗片橫飛 !
消失在茫茫的黑森林中
沒人知道曾經有一隻蟑螂進去過


Those sharp chocolate pieces stand together in the middle of the cake
and take shape like a forbidding black forest !

If an ignorant cockroach enters this black forest,
it will be stabbed into millions of little pieces and no one will know there was ever a cockroach there.























外部的巧克力高牆則建立起強而有力的第一道防線 !

那巧克力高牆 咕溜溜地又亮又滑 !
想吃蛋糕 ?
先爬得上去再說 !

面對那又黑又刺的巧克力片防線
顧芝竟然毫不害怕
奮不顧身地伸出手
想一把抓住那蛋糕 !

想必她認為她的魔爪更勝一籌吧 !




Goobs was not afraif at all of the scary / sharp chocolate walls. And she suddenly moved her arms tried to grab the cake !

She must think her hands are more powerful than those chocolate walls !

丟了幾片米餅給顧芝後
趁著短暫的寧靜
趕快來切這蛋糕

Gave Goobs some cookies,
I cut the cake immediately when it was peaceful that time.























因為家裡什麼都沒有
中間的夾層
只有

薄薄 1 層鮮奶油 + 1 顆磨碎的松露巧克力 + 1 層草莓果醬


雖然如此
老是嚷著要惡魔蛋糕的 TiM
看到這黑森林蛋糕
還是很高興 !


Not much in the middle layer of the cake.
Just
a little cream + a sliced trafful chocolate + some strawberry jam


TiM, who always said he wants some evil cake,
sure like this black forest cake !
