全麥葡萄馬芬 + 芒果優格馬芬 Whole-wheat Raisin Muffin + Mango Yogurt Muffin ( 5 / 26 )

這兩款馬芬蛋糕早在上禮拜
就已經被列入小顧芝的點心名單上啦

星期二便趕緊來執行小顧芝的點心計畫
全麥麵粉、葡萄乾、芒果、優格
材料全是家裡現有的



另外
2 種馬芬都是用 糖油拌合法 做的
全麥葡萄乾馬芬使用的蛋未經打發
而芒果優格使用的蛋則打至中發程度
配方我是隨便亂弄的
我記得我有記在一張紙上
但那張紙不知丟哪去了　

得找一下

These 2 kinds of muffin were already on Goobs's Snack list last week.
And I performed this snack plan for Goobs on this Tuesday !
I'd got everything for making it !
Whole-wheat flour、raisin、mango、yogurt.

For the raisin muffin, I didn't whip the egg up, but I did for the mango-yogurt one.
I just made up the recipe and wrote it down on a piece of paper.
But I can't find the peice of paper now haha !
Anyway !

Where's the " Anyway lets do it ! " ?????

像這種小紙杯裝著的蛋糕
似乎就不需要鴿子式的餵食法
顧芝自己可以一點一點抓來吃
非常方便
且因為紙杯不能吃 ( 也不好吃 )
不太需要擔心顧芝狼吞虎嚥、蛋糕塞太大口

Like this kind of cup-style cake,
I dont need to feed Goobs like feeding a dove.
Goobs can grab very little piece and feeds herself !
And cause she cant eat the paper cup,
so no worry that she may eat too BIG piece at one time.














帽子永遠戴不到 10 秒鐘

Goobs wouldn't let any hat be on her head for more than 10 seconds.



一般的葡萄乾會用蘭姆酒浸泡後使用

但因為是給嬰兒的副食品點心
所以這個全麥葡萄乾馬芬所使用的葡萄乾
只泡葡萄汁使用

Normally the raisin for making dessert
should be soaked in some Lime wine.
Cause this muffin is for Goobs today, so I just soak the raisin in some grape juice.











　
有香菇頭馬芬的感覺了吧 !!??

這個芒果優格馬芬很濕潤且容易入口

且我未使用小蘇打粉
味道非常平易近人

Looks like its got some mushroom head huh ?

This mango yogurt muffin was perfect, not too dry and not too wet.

And I didn't use any baking soda, so it smells/tastes much better this time.
