7 / 7 洛神花紅茶果凍 Roselle with Black Tea JellO

夏天鬧哄哄地來敲門了
艷陽高照
每天天氣都熱到快爆炸

話說
這幾天開始嚐試製作不同的果凍
但總覺得家裡的那罐果凍粉好像永遠用不完似的
還有整整一罐 900 g 奶粉罐的份量



這天做的這個　洛神花紅茶果凍
是我自己調的配方
我是使用 2 大匙的吉利 T 粉 + 2 大匙的蒟蒻 Q 粉
如果家裡只有吉利 T 粉的話
可以像我下面的食譜中所寫的份量
全部使用吉利 T 粉 ( 4 大匙 ) 就行了


( 註 : 吉利 T 粉一大匙 約為 10 g )

因為是低糖配方
若覺得甜度不夠
可再淋上一些蜂蜜或果糖漿
增添不同的風味


重點來了!

食譜: 1 個 17 cm 日式戚風模












果凍液

冷開水 350 cc
吉利 T 粉 4 大匙
細砂糖 5 大匙 ( 這是微甜的分量, 正常甜度約在 8 大匙左右 )

濃縮沖泡洛神花汁

滾沸開水 500 cc
乾燥洛神花 10 g ( 約 15 朵 )

濃縮沖泡紅茶

滾沸開水 60 cc
紅茶包 2 個


Ingredients: 17 cm Japanese Chiffon Tin for 1

JellO Mixture

350 cc cold water
4 Tbsp Jelly T
5 Tbsp Sugar

Thickened Roselle Juice

500 cc boiling water
10 g dried Roselle

Thickened Black Tea
60 cc boiling water
2 black tea bag


作法 / Steps:












將吉利丁粉、冷開水及細砂糖依序倒入一平柄鍋內
攪拌至吉利丁粉及細砂糖融化後
開爐火中火加熱

洛神花以 500 cc 滾沸開水沖泡至顏色鮮紅
紅茶包以 60 cc 滾沸開水沖泡約 6 分鐘


Add the Gelatin powder, the cold water and the sugar into a pot.
Mix it until the gelatin powder and the sugar are melted.
Then heat it up !

Add the 500 cc boiling water with the dried Roselle.
Add the 60 cc boiling water with the black tea bags.












待果凍液煮沸且呈現濃稠狀態後
將紅茶及洛神花汁分別倒入
攪勻

Heat the JellO mixture until it's thick and sticky.
Then add the black tea & the thickened Roselle juice in.



繼續加熱至沸騰

And stir it until bubbling hot.

















離火後稍微等個 1 ~ 2 分鐘
並趁果凍液仍未凝固時
緩緩地倒入模型中
再用細針將氣泡刺破

Turn the fire off and wait for a couple min.
Pour the Jello liquid in a container slowly while its still fluid.













待至室溫冷卻後
將果凍移至冰箱冷藏

Move the tin into the fridge after it's cooling down.

這是小熙熙第二次吃果凍



第一次是吃我在同一天內做的另一種 檸檬軟果凍
酸酸甜甜的
小熙熙很愛
一直撲過來

開始愈玩愈兇 !
搞得滿桌都是
不過果凍好清理
所以不打緊

只是小熙熙好像搞錯一件事 : 果凍是用來吃的, 不是用來玩的

Goobs was playing the JellO like crazy !
The JellO got all over the command center table !
But that's OK. JellO is easy to clean.

But seems Goobs misunderstood one thing : JellO is for eating, not for playing.





最後我看不下去了
直接餵食 !

Just feed her then !
