自製披薩 Homemade Pizza

話說芝麻街有一隻披薩神童叫 Elmo
就是左邊這隻
在香港機場也有看到它
它就站在香港機場的玩具店外
是一隻會動的搔癢娃娃
揮手 彎腰 都難不倒它 !!
會咯咯咯笑到不支倒地 !
非常爆笑 !





























這 pizza 長得還真怪
眼睛的部分就別提了
想不出有哪種食物長那樣的
這隻pizza 玩偶會耍什麼把戲 ?
這我就還沒見識過了 !

可能眼睛會沽溜沽溜地轉著
要你吃它吧......








除了芝麻街的披薩神童

食譜:   2 個份










水165 g
糖 9 g
鹽 3 g

高筋麵粉 300 g
速溶酵母粉 2.5 g

起司絲、甜玉米、洋蔥絲、青椒、比薩醬 ( 隨便你加 )

Ingredients: For 2 medium pizza

165 g water
9 g sugar
3 g salt

300 g high protein flour
2.5 g ferment

pizza tomato suace
onion
green pepper
corn
cheese

作法 / Steps:




















將水, 糖, 鹽倒入攪拌盆中
攪拌至糖及鹽溶化
Pour the water, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl and stir it until dessolved.


將高筋麵粉倒入一深盤中或工作檯上
築成一個粉牆
並將酵母粉灑在粉牆上
Put the flour in a tray or on the counter and build a flour wall.
Then add the yeast onto the flour.
將水緩緩倒入粉牆中間
一次倒一些水同時與麵粉和勻直到看不見水為止

Add the water slowly onto the flour and mix it until u cant see any water.

麵糰一開始很黏手
將麵糰揉至不會黏手為止
約 15~20 分鐘

Knead the dough for about 15~20 min until its not sticky to ur hands.




將麵糰置入一盆中
在表面噴些水
蓋上蓋子(我用盤子)

放一碗微燙的水在烤箱中
並將麵糰移入烤箱中
發酵 1.5 小時

Sprinkle some water on the surface of the dough and cover the container with a lid or plate.
Put a bowl of a little hot water in the oven, then move the dough in the oven,
to ferment it for 1.5 hr.

1.5小時後將麵糰自烤箱取出

會膨脹成原先的 1 倍大

Get the dough out of the oven after 1.5 hr.
The dough will expand two times of the original one.





用手指在麵糰上戳一個洞
若麵糰不會彈回
就行了 !

Use ur finger to poke the dough, if the dough wont spring back then its done.

將麵糰自盆中取出平壓拍打出空氣
切成 2 等份

Get the dough out of the container and beat the air inside out.
Cut the dough into 2 equal portions.




將麵糰再放回烤箱中鬆弛一下子
約 10 ~ 15 分鐘

Put the dough back to the oven fore relaxing it.
For about 10 ~ 15 min.





準備一些玉米粉
灑在工作檯上防沾
取一份麵糰滾壓成妳要的形狀
我喜歡薄的就滾薄一點

Prepare some corn starch to avoid the dough sitcking on ur hands and the working counter.

And roll the dough over to the shape u like.
I prefer its rectangle and thin.

將蕃茄醬料先塗在麵糰上
再灑上所有你喜歡的料
最後灑起司絲上去

然後入烤箱以
220 度 C , 烤 15 分鐘




Apply some tomato sauce on the dough.
Then put everything u like onto the dough.
Last, put the cheese on it.

Then bake it at 220 Centigrade for 15 min.

我覺得披薩餅皮一定還有更好的配方
找到再寫上來吧 !
