自製造型餅乾 Homemade shaped Cookies


好久沒有做這種手工壓製餅乾了
記得我第一次烤的點心就是這種香草巧克力麵糰餅乾
很簡單
味道也很好

以前習慣在進烤箱前
在餅乾麵糰上塗些蛋黃液
現在比較喜歡餅乾看起來乾乾霧霧的樣子

Its been a long time I havent baked any homemade cookie with cookie dough and shapes . I remember the first snack I made was this kind of shaped cookie ! Very easy to make and tastes good. I used to brush some egg yolk on the unbaked cookies. But now I prefer not doing that cause I like it looked dry.

每次看到新的餅乾模型
都會很想買
像這組日本貝印所出的 26個字母 + 10 個數字的餅乾模
網路售價 $ 324

其實不貴呢
雖然它是塑膠材質的啦..... 我比較不喜歡
因為塑膠材質的碰到含油份的麵糰
會比較難清洗
但是相對地比較輕巧容易攜帶

話說這種模子啊
可以印出像是

Happy Birthday
Merry Christmas
Wish you a luck
Happy together

之類的字樣
然後用糖將這些造型餅乾黏在蛋糕上裝飾
應該也是不錯吧 !


Everytimes when I see some new cookie shapes, feel wanna buying it.
Like this set of cookie shapes, 26 Eng Characters / 10 numbers, made by KAI from Japan,
is on $ 324.

Actually its not expensive.
Its made from plastic tho...... I dont like it to be plastic cause it will be a trouble when I wash it.
But also its very light to bring everywhere.

To come up some ideas with using that cookie shapes,
u can get some cookie words like

Happy Birthday
Merry Christmas
Wish you a luck
Happy together


And then put them on a cake to decorate it.
Sounds interesting and awesome !


重點來了!
Anyway lets do it !


食譜:










蛋 1 個
細砂糖 50 g
奶油 120 cc
低筋麵粉 250 g
泡打粉 1/2 茶匙
鹽 少許
香草精 5~8 滴 ( 或香草粉 1/4 茶匙 )
可可粉 1.5 大匙

Ingredients:

1 egg
50 g sugar
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
120 g  butter
250 g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

作法 / Steps:


將低筋麵粉 250 g + 泡打粉 1/2茶匙共同過篩 2 次

Sieve the flour and the baking powder together for twice.









將奶油丟入攪拌盆中, 若奶油剛從冰箱取出不夠軟

可利用吹風機稍微溫熱

Put the butter in a mixong bowl.

If the butter is not soft enought, u can use a hair dryer to heat & soft it a bit.



以打蛋器將奶油攪拌至完全散開

加入細砂糖, 將奶油與糖攪打至泛白

Blanch the butter well until its all smooth. Blanch the softened butter with the white sugar until whitened.



將雞蛋打入攪拌盆中
攪勻

Add the egg / Mix it.






再加入 香草精 或 香草粉 拌勻

Add the 1 tsp liquid vanilla / Mix it.

加入少許鹽拌勻

Add 1 pinch salt.
Mix it.


將低筋麵粉過篩分次倒入盆中
輕輕地攪勻即可
不可過度攪拌

Seize the flour in and mix it lightly.
Once the batter gets smooth then stop mixing.
Don't need to mix it too much.



將麵糰分為 2 等份
其中一份加入可可粉和勻

Split the dough into 2 portion.
And add cocoa powder into one of them.

進行餅乾成形作業

準備烤盤 / 烤盤紙
及壓餅乾模型



注意 2 種麵糰要等高等寬喔 !





















用餅乾模壓的餅乾可以先烤

而須切片的麵糰須置入冰箱冷凍 20 分鐘

接著將麵糰自冰箱取出切成約 0.5公分的寬度
( 依個人喜好, 切愈薄愈酥脆, 但要注意不要烤焦了 )

排盤後入爐以 170 度, 烤 10 分鐘


若用小烤箱烤, 則餅乾上色到你喜歡的程度即可出爐

Put the dough into freezer for about 20 min.
Bake it at 170 centigrade for 10 min until its golden.

右圖中, 左邊那塊是義大利麵 = =

上面還灑了一些碎棉花糖 ( 見左圖 )
看起來像馬自瑞拉起司吧 !! ( ?? )

The left dough from the right pic, is a plate of spaghetti = =

And I put somew white marshmallow ( See the left pic)
Does it look like there's Mozzarella cheese on the spaghetti ?


總之
就像玩黏土般
隨心所欲
只是這裡只有 2 種顏色
你會怎麼搭配 ?

Anyway its like playing clay, make the shape/pattern as u want.
But there are only 2 colors here.
What kind of combo would u create ?





本來左下角那塊餅乾上是放了我之前弄的香草 / 草莓棉花糖
烤到這時正好融化攤開成很漂亮的狀態

結果這時沒趕快把烤箱關掉
使得那塊餅乾上的棉花糖上色太深
看不出有粉紅色的蹤跡
倒像是千層酥餅
